Recyclamer is a non-profit environmental organization based in France, created under the Loi 1901 in 2016.
Our mission is simple and urgent:
Clean, Educate, and act for the Planet.

We believe that protecting the oceans goes beyond good intentions: it requires concrete actions, education, and collective engagement.

This is why RECYCLAMER implements awareness programmes and field actions that enable citizens, young people, divers, and local communities to take direct action against pollution in aquatic environments.

The association organizes waste collection operations, conducts educational interventions in schools, and contributes to environmental monitoring and observation initiatives, in collaboration with committed stakeholders.

Drawing on its field experience, RECYCLAMER also contributes to improving collection practices and promoting accessible and replicable methods.

Its actions are structured around three main awareness programmes:

Water Guardians, focused on surface waste collection and the identification of floating debris, their origins, and their environmental impact, as well as the role of rivers as key pathways of pollution to the sea.

The Great Journey of Plastic, which explains how waste travels from urban areas and streets to the ocean through the water cycle, using educational tools such as the Mr Recyclamer chatbot to support understanding.

Ocean Aware, focused on the marine environment, raising awareness among divers, snorkelers, and local communities about underwater pollution, the impact of debris and microplastics, and the limitations of unstructured cleanup efforts.
